Sponsorship

We have set up basic guidelines for sponsoring either our general fund or specific categories. With a sponsorship of $1,000.00 or more you or your company name will be added to our sponsorship board displayed at each event. Because we are a for profit corporation your sponsorship is not tax deductible unless you make a direct contribution to our charitable fund and your specified amount will be made to the charity or scholarship in your name for that year.

We have established sponsorships of $1,000.00, $5,000.00 and $10,000.00 for the following categories.

General Fund:

To help with the general operating cost of our annual event.

Food:

The purchase of food and extras for our annual food booth and Saturday evening meal.

Advertisement:

this will help to maintain our web site, news ads, printing etc.

Musicians Fund:

All donations made to this category will be divided equally between all musicians at our annual.

T-Shirts:

A sponsorship of $1,000.00 or more will pay for the End of the Road T-shirts the LLC sells at the event and your name or company name will be printed on the back.

Veterans:

A ceremony is held at every event honoring our veterans with a gift (a plaque, hat, special t-shirt, etc.)

Building Fund:

We have grand plans for many great things in our future. If you or your company covers the majority of the cost of one of our projects a permanent plaque or sign will be placed on or near that project.

Direct Charitable Contributions:

Every year we choose a charity of scholarship for our event and you or your company name will be used directly with your contribution. This is tax deductible.
